Welcome to Columbia Real Estate!  Here you will find information about the Columbia Missouri community, school information, dining guides and more.  Columbia is the largest city in the central region of Missouri, and is home to the University of Missouri.  Some affectionate nicknames for this college town is CoMO and College Town USA.  From an education standpoint, the majority of the persons in the town hold a college degree.

Columbia MO was rated by Money Magazine as one of the best places to live.   Columbia draws many persons that have an interest in education, health care, and technology.  It also is very attractive from a cost of living standpoint as well.  As far as the real estate and homes market goes, there has been a lot of growth in the southwestern portion of Boone County towards the Missouri River.  And unlike many towns across the United States, the downtown area hasn’t withered to the growing suburbs.   The downtown area remains alive and well and is experiencing growth in both the residential (homes, condos, etc) and commercial (shops, restaurants, businesses, etc) as well.  We will be including a Columbia Missouri homes for sale search that is to be added at a later date (as soon as possible).  Welcome to Columbia!
